Barista
A barista is a person, usually a coffeehouse
employee, who prepares and serves espresso-based coffee drinks. In Starbucks, over the counter employees are referred to as "baristas", although the preparation process is fully automated.

Bartender
A bartender is a person who formulates and serves alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar, usually in a licensed establishment. Bartenders also usually maintain the supplies and inventory for the bar.

Barista Supervisor
A barista supervisor is a person to supervise some of baristas, usually a coffeehouse
employee, who prepares and serves espresso-based coffee drinks. In Starbucks, over the counter employees are referred to as "baristas", although the preparation process is fully automated.

Head Bartender
Head bartenders oversee the running of the bar, from managing the team and ensuring they provide a pleasant customer experience, to serving customers and dealing with administrative tasks. Bartenders work in bars or restaurants. They work shifts, which can mean long hours, as well as evening and weekend work.

Server
A Food Server, also known as a Waiter or Waitress, is responsible for taking orders from restaurant patrons and delivering their food to them. Their duties include explaining the menu to their customers, communicating with kitchen staff and balancing dishes as they bring them to the appropriate table.

Operation Director
Food & Beverage Director directs and oversees all aspects of the organization's food and beverage planning and service, with duties to include menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Plans, coordinates, and oversees special events.
